Sources and license

The records come from the Companies House Public Data API (https://developer.company-information.service.gov.uk/). Each daily job searches companies by incorporation date (incorporated_from and incorporated_to) and then reads the officer and persons-with-significant-control lists for those companies. Only companies whose incorporation date falls inside the downloaded window are kept, at most the last 90 days.

The API is published by Companies House. This site is an independent directory. It is not Companies House and it does not issue certificates. The official record remains the one kept by Companies House: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/

Director names, roles, appointment dates, nationality, occupation and country of residence may be shown. Persons with significant control are shown by name and nature of control. Month and year of birth are never published. There is no telephone number and no website. Source: Companies House.
